WhatsApp is the best app I’ve ever used. I’ve been using it since always and I love it so much ....without it I would be nothing because I will not have ways to talk to my friends when I miss them. Summer just started and I’m already missing my friends and teachers so without this app I would die to see them but now I can talk with them,call them,send them pictures...and so many other things that I usually do using WhatsApp! I just love this app that can let me talk to them about everything that happens to me every day.
You should download it if you didn’t do it..go fast and download it!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you enjoy it like I do❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

1- Quality of the medias:
It is weird how the quality decreases, especially when selecting the profile picture taken from the iphone camera. It is very bad.

2- Notifications option:
Ability to hide both sender name and content message from the lock screen when phone is locked, and both to showed up from the lock screen when phone is unlocked.
WhatsApp settings and phone settings cannot do this job. Already tried!

3- Dark mode:
Stickers with transparent background and black writing will not appear from keyboard, so WhatsApp should think of another alternative to be able to see them.
Green colour for the sent messages is not appropriate, it is more favourable to be in black as done for the received messages.

4- Contact us service:
Multiple trial when contacting WhatsApp support team to resolve/ discuss the issue (point 2) but always same typical answer.
Anyway, one time they requested a video describing the issue in details and I provide it them but no answer from their side.

WhatsApp is used by majority of people all over the world, so it will beneficial to take comments/issues/requirements into consideration reply back what is feasible and what is not, to have more robust application answering the users need as much as it can.

It has been like that forever, and I hate it so much.
Every time I have a music app (streaming, Downloads, any app related to music) open in the background and I wanna listen to a voice note privately, using the front speaker, the voice note plays a sec then stops for good, and I end up closing the entire app and opening it again because of the lag following my first attempt, so I can hear it OUT LOUD. Only when I close these apps, I can listen to it properly with the front speaker.
PLEASE FIX THIS.

In 2017, where smartphones can capture such stunning photos and videos. Why would we stuck in sending them or posting in such a low quality, especially when it comes to the profile photo. That’s inacceptable for the most famous Messaging App in the world!
